"Leomet" Ltd. started its activity in 2005 in a production base in Popovci village, Gabrovo municipality. The company produces high-quality castings of gray and ductile iron with guaranteed chemical composition, mechanical, and strength characteristics. The daily production capacity of the foundry is 2 500 kg of castings or 600 tons per year. The company has one induction furnace PT-630 with a capacity of 630 kg per hour, and one induction furnace PT-250 with a capacity of 250 kg per hour.

The castings weigh is up to 150 kg, with or without hearts, cast in molding compounds. The mold is provided by the customers in the moment of the order or is made by us upon request. The production is carried out in two workshops of the company. In the molding and foundry workshop, the molding of the ordered details and the pouring of the ready molten iron is carried out. In the cleaning workshop, the castings are cleaned in a shot blasting machine SIAPRO - TRA 150 and the ready castings are graded. Upon a customer's request, the details can be primed.
